From Portugal to the US? I'd say give it at least a week, maybe ten days. Customs can be a wild card sometimes, but usually pretty smooth.

Depends on the brand really, but usually for designer streetwear, I'd check the specific brand's size guide or go one size up if you like a slightly looser fit. Wrong Weather doesn't have their own sizing for everything.
